At Core1Care, we provide a unique home care service, Our home care service model requires a person-centered approach on how we care and support is delivered to individuals (REACH Standards).
Person Centred Care
Core1Care Homecare services give people greater choices and control over how they live their lives, empowering them to achieve independence in their own homes. We provide individually tailored care support that is regularly reviewed and monitored. Together with our personalised care support clients will achieve their goals.
Community Inclusion
This is truly non-institutional approach enabling clients to live independently, have more choices and control of their own care pathway. Core1Care will encourage and support clients to integrate and try activities within the local community.
Our Staff
Our staff take time to get to know each client as an individual as per their supporting plan to understand their needs, interests, and goals. We provide the care and support which promotes each client wellbeing and independence.
24/7 Care Support
Our core support is available on each individual needs. This may range from few hours to 24 hours a day, including 1.1 support time. We provide help across a range of areas to enable individuals to lead more enriching and fulfilling lives. This includes Community inclusion, Domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
